By submitting this completed form, you confirm that you wish to participate in the Helsana competition. All persons over the age of 18 are eligible to participate, with the exception of employees of the Helsana Group as well as all external agents involved in the competition and their family members. The winners will be notified in writing. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition. The prize(s) cannot be exchanged or paid out in cash. The legal process is excluded.

Three draws will be held:

1. Draw: 14.12.2022 -> 10x2 ski days
2. Drawing: 01.02.2023 -> 30x2 ski days
3. Drawing: 31.03.2023 -> 4x2 VIP passes

You undertake to

- not to assume the identity of a third party, use a false name or otherwise provide false information

- not to use any procedure contrary to good faith in order to obtain offers or vouchers not owed to you by means of technological solutions or other tricks of any kind.

The data you provide will be processed under the responsibility of Helsana Versicherungen AG and Helsana Zusatzversicherungen AG (both reachable at P.O. Box, 8081 Zurich) for the purpose of the prize draw for the competition and for marketing purposes. The data you have provided may be passed on to insurance intermediaries. Participants are entitled at any time to prohibit Helsana Versicherungen AG and Helsana Zusatzversicherungen AG from using the data they have provided. To do so, you can click on "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of the registration form or on each offer.
